Russell Farnell is the Minister of Music at FPCA. He is married to Laura and has two boys: Ryan and Will. He enjoys sports, the outdoors, astronomy, computers, and lots of other nerdy things. His passion is prompting the church to authentic, heart-felt worship through music with this statement for music ministry in mind:

Our purpose is to bring the best offering possible to God in worship, but excellence in performance is not an end in itself for the church musician. Worship must be led in spirit and in truth to achieve the goals of the church: to glorify God, to edify believers, and to proclaim the good news of the Gospel to the world.
